Essential Job Functions Performs instrumental and wet chemistry analysis required on a routine basis Maintains accurate records, notebooks of analysis and work performed Maintains accuracy and reliability of all laboratory instruments Provides technical assistance and necessary documentation to Compounding, Production, Documentation, and Scheduling Departments as needed Comply with all GMP/GLP and customer requirements Always comply with all KIK Safety requirements Responsible for all QC testing of incoming chemical materials, in process, and finished product Ensure lab test equipment is properly always calibrated and before conducting any testing Maintains raw material information flow between the QC laboratory and Scheduling department Serves as a backup for the QC Lab Administrator Maintains the laboratory paperwork system according to cGMP's Performs a first check on all incoming raw materials to verify trade name, manufacturer, certificate of analysis values, etc. Two-year vocational degree required The above statement describes the general nature and level off work only.
