Position summary hest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence while adhering to safety requirements. Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics.
• Document deviations against requirements and specifications.
• Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures.
• Visually inspect products using magnification, sampling methods, first article checks, and AOI machines.
• Enter inspection results into MES systems.
• Lot release and batch record archiving.
• Prepare and maintain inspection documentation.
• Assist with training of coworkers.
• Perform roving audits in manufacturing flow cells.
• Comply with safety, health, and security procedures. Extended Duties
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job Profile Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in medical device or pharmaceutical inspection.
• Experience with Microsoft PC applications and MRP/ERP systems.

Experience:

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments preferred.
