Job Description

Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards! Farrel Corporation is seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet specified standards and quality requirements. You will conduct inspections, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with various teams to address any issues promptly.
Essential Functions:
Perform inspections and assessments according to company standards and protocols. Perform required type of inspection before, during and after assembly or manufacture based on written instructions including blueprints, specifications, procedures and quality information. Coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers Use of standard machinist hand tools Measure, gauge, or/and inspect for dimension, finish and fit to engineering specifications. Check and calibrate instruments against standards to ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times. Identify defects and initiate corrective actions as necessary. Maintain accurate inspection records and provide detailed reports. Communicate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
3 + years of experience in an inspection Blueprint and engineering drawings reading skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient using internal and external micrometers, different sizes. This is a Union Position. Farrel is an
