Job Description

```Duties```
  • Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) PC
  • DMIS software
  • to perform dimensional inspections on machined parts
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and customer requirements
  • Utilize CAD software to analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform first article inspections and document results accurately
  • Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and ensure proper functioning of CMM machine
  • Generate inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection results ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or dimensional inspection is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming required
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and mechanical knowledge
  • Proficiency in operating CMM machines and using related software
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and codes for aerospace industry
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and machining techniques is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
