Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough quality inspections in an oily production environment, including drawing and cleaning samples from CNC machines. Utilize mechanical gauging and comparators proficiently. Conduct the first article and set up inspections with precision. Interpret mechanical drawings accurately. Maintain meticulous attention to detail, particularly with documentation. Track internal and external calibration using GageTrak. Collaborate effectively with all disciplines within the manufacturing environment.

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a machining or screw machine environment. Proficiency in Geometric Tolerancing is a must. Experience with CMM and/or optical equipment (PC-DMIS) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
