This includes surface condition evaluation, dimensional verification using hand gauges and precision tools, interpretation of indications, and making accept/reject decisions in accordance with customer specifications, aerospace standards, and internal procedures. The Level II inspector ensures compliance with NADCAP, ASTM, and customer-specific requirements, while providing training and guidance to Level I personnel.

If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move: Certification to Visual Inspection (VT) Level II in accordance with NAS-410, SNT-TC-1A, or equivalent aerospace standard.
Strong knowledge of visual inspection principles, standards, and defect interpretation.
Proficient in the use of hand gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.
Basic understanding of the visual inspection (VT) process. To Apply
