We specialize in precision manufacturing and are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our clients. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Quality Inspector to join our team. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have experience working in a tool and die environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of precision tools and components. Utilize metrology tools and equipment to measure and inspect parts for accuracy and compliance with specifications. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the required tolerances. Record and document inspection results, identifying any defects or non-conformances. Communicate effectively with production teams to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a tool and die shop or similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge and experience with metrology tools, such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
