This role is responsible for ensuring product quality through first article, in-process, and final inspections in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators) Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

Preferred Experience:

ISO standards, compliance, and recordkeeping Raw material receiving inspection and outside process inspection PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Federal and state regulatory compliance Traceability documentation and reporting Calibration of handheld gages and inspection equipment Visual inspection of small or detailed components (e.g., eyelet parts) Basic computer skills, including
