DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level.Purpose :
At DASI, the Outbound Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all outgoing material (and the related paperwork) meets the quality inspection standards in accordance with DASI's Quality Management System (QMS).Key accountabilities:
Perform visual inspections of outgoing parts and materials. Inspect and identify material and related documentation as prescribed by the sales/repair order, highlighting any non-conformance or omission. Perform review of physical attributes, quantity, and records for release. Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the DASI database. Issue DASI material certification, as required. Comply with ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements when inspecting ESD material. Work with Quality Assurance department in continuous improvement projects. Perform all other duties as assigned.Key skills and competences:

Demonstrated professional style.Experience and qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED- Required. Minimum 1 year processing aviation surplus parts is required. Minimum 1 year job related experience is helpful. ISO and/or AS Quality Standard knowledge- a Plus.Similar remote jobs
