Job Title:
Quality Assurance (QA) - Recruitment & HHA Applications Job Summary The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, and managing applications for Home Health Aides (HHAs). This role ensures that all applicants meet state, agency, and program requirements before onboarding. The QA Specialist also supports recruitment efforts by attending job fairs and building relationships with HHA training schools and community partners. Key Responsibilities Recruit and screen candidates applying for Home Health Aide (HHA) positions Manage and review HHA applications to ensure completeness and accuracy Perform quality assurance checks to confirm applicants meet all certification, documentation, and compliance requirements Verify required credentials, background screening results, and training documentation Enter and maintain accurate applicant records in internal systems Communicate with applicants regarding missing documents, application status, and next steps Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to promote employment opportunities Establish and maintain relationships with HHA schools and training programs for candidate referrals Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring processes Ensure all recruitment and application processes comply with agency policies and applicable regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare, human resources, or administration preferred S panish And English Required. Experience in recruitment, intake, quality assurance, or healthcare administration preferred Knowledge of Home Health Aide requirements and healthcare compliance is a plus Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry Ability to communicate in (English/Spanish) preferred Work Environment Office-based position with occasional travel to job fairs, schools, and community events Full-time or part-time position available Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
