We are a well-established franchise with increasing customer demand, and we need experienced professionals who can coach, motivate, and hold new hires to the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. What You Will Do Train new employees in the field through hands-on, side-by-side coaching Demonstrate and enforce our Detail-Clean Rotation System Ride along with new hires during their first five days on the job Provide ongoing performance feedback and report progress to management Help maintain team quality standards across all routes Who We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience (we will contact your previous employer) Strong communication and coaching skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Reliable personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record Positive, team-first attitude and consistent attendance Ability to pass a background check Must be at least 21 years old Our Hiring Process Candidates with verified experience will be invited to a paid one-day working interview before a formal offer is made.
