What We're Looking For We are seeking a dependable and driven Verification Specialist to join our Back Office Operations team. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Insurance verification Customer service Call center operations Administrative support Retail/customer-facing roles Data entry or office support What You'll Be Doing As a Verification Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and customer service teams while ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and verifying insurance applications and documents for accuracy and completeness Performing quality assurance checks to ensure compliance and proper processing Working closely with the Customer Service and Sales departments to resolve issues efficiently Preparing internal reports and assisting management with quality control initiatives Providing timely feedback and support to agents, leadership, and training staff Assisting supervisors and management with additional operational tasks as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Professional, team-oriented work environment Paid training and ongoing development Stable full-time schedule Opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry Schedule & Location Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Fort Lauderdale, Florida Please note: This is an in-office position. We are currently only considering applicants located in South Florida who can reliably commute to our Fort Lauderdale office.
