We clean more than thousands of vacation rental turnovers a year across properties from Navarre to Panama City Beach. Property managers trust us because every clean gets inspected before a guest walks in, and that inspection is the job we're hiring for. As a Quality Inspector, you are the last set of eyes on a property before check-in. You move through homes after our Cleaning Pros finish and confirm the place is truly guest-ready: spotless, fully staged, and inviting. That means more than clean. It means the beds are styled and crisp, the towels are folded and set right, the amenities are stocked, the staging is dialed in, and the whole space feels warm and ready the moment the door opens. You catch the floor residue, the missed corner, the streak on the glass that a tired set of eyes walks past. When something's off, you document it with photos and clear notes and help the Cleaning Pro build the habit so it doesn't happen again. This is a role for someone with a sharp eye and a steady backbone, because holding a standard means having direct, fair conversations with the field. You'll inspect 8 to 12 properties on a busy day, often on a tight clock before the next guest arrives. We give you the toolkit, the standards, the app, and the training. What you'll do:

• Inspect completed vacation rental turnovers against our quality standard
• Run our floor, bathroom, kitchen, and staging checks
• Document findings with clear photos and notes in our app
• Make the guest-ready or re-clean call before guest arrival
• Give direct, respectful feedback and coaching to Cleaning Pros
• Track recurring issues so the operation gets better over time What we're looking for:
• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to inspect to a standard
• Comfortable giving clear, direct feedback to field staff
• Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver's license, and proof of insurance
• Comfortable on your feet, climbing stairs, and moving through 8 to 12 properties a day
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photos and digital checklists
• Authorized to work in the US and willing to complete a pre-employment background check
• Cleaning, hospitality, or quality-control experience is a plus, not a requirement Pay and benefits:
• Starts at $18.00 per hour
• 2 weeks paid time off, accrued over hours worked
