HOME HEALTH AGENCY
in Hialeah, FL has an immediate position available for an experienced Medicare QA (Quality Assurance) Chart Reviewer to work in our office in Hialeah. MUST have Home Health experience and worked specifically in a Home Health Agency. Do not respond to this ad if you have not worked in a Home Health Agency. We seek a dependable and self-motivated professional to join our staff.Job Requirements:
- Must be able to review the patient's Plan of Care 485
- Final QA on all Medicare patient chart
- Create all case conferences and modified orders.
- Must have strong compliance skills and Oasis knowledge.
- Knowledge of the ACHC Medicare accreditation standards
- Knowledge of current federal, state and agency regulations regarding patient care.
