Role:
The Junior Final Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach customers. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of finished goods to identify any defects or inconsistencies, thereby safeguarding the company's reputation for excellence. The Junior Final Inspector collaborates closely with production and quality assurance teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions. Attention to detail and adherence to established quality protocols are essential to prevent defective products from advancing to shipment. Ultimately, this role contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by maintaining rigorous quality control at the final stage of production.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 12+ months of hands-on aviation technician experience (accessories preferred) Basic understanding of FAA regulations (Parts 145/ Parts 43 concepts preferred) Ability to read and interpret product specifications and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Good communication skills to report findings clearly and effectively. Willingness to learn inspection standards and quality systems
Responsibilities:
Perform final inspections on overhauled and repaired accessories Verify compliance with CMM's, work orders, and regulatory requirements Ensure documentation is complete and accurate prior to return to service Airworthiness Directives verification and compliance Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
