Pay Rate:
$35•37/hour The QA APR & Trending Associate is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and trending quality, operational, and compliance data to support high product and manufacturing standards within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with FDA and GMP requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, track, and maintain quality and compliance metrics (KPIs) Analyze data and identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement Support Annual Product Reviews (APR) for marketed products Review product performance, manufacturing processes, complaints, deviations, and compliance metrics Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and trend analysis for management review Perform root cause investigations and support CAPA activities Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Compliance teams Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation requests Write and revise SOPs and work instructions as needed Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and internal quality standards Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field 3-5 years of experience in QA, data analysis, compliance, or quality systems within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environment Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality systems, and compliance standards Experience with data trending, reporting, CAPA, and root cause analysis Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment #PRO123
