Inspector TAD PGS, Inc - 4.2 Oldsmar, FL Job Details Contract $19 - $31 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation IPC 610 Parts drawings Quality control within electronics industry Computer skills Quality control communication Full Job Description We have an outstanding Contract position for an Inspector to join a leading Company located in the Oldsmar , FL surrounding area.
Responsibilities :
Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies
IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001
requirements. The role will require comprehension of process instructions, drawings, and/or inspection instructions and checklists, use of various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
Minimum 2 years of prior experience visually inspecting solder connections of both surface mount and plated through-hole components in accordance with
IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001
requirements. Must be able to navigate within the IPC standard and decipher accept/reject criteria. Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions. Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Personal Computers. Interface effectively and diplomatically with all levels of operations when communicating quality defects. Military connected talent encouraged to apply.
