In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards by performing precise inspections, conducting comprehensive quality audits, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the integrity of our quality systems. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure measurement accuracy and consistency across production batches. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect trends to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS), including adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards. Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time quality control feedback during production runs, ensuring adherence to specifications. Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and audit findings accurately within company databases for traceability and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of GMP, and HACCP standards. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with quality management software and data collection tools to analyze trends and generate reports. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions effectively. Experience conducting quality audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing enviroment. Knowledge of QA process or GMP Strong attention to details and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently and in a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Comfortable to working in a production or manufacturing setting
