Quality Control Inspector

Job Description Line Pros LLC is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to support telecom construction projects throughout the Pensacola, Florida area. This is a full-time employee position with opportunities for long-term growth within a fast-growing telecom and underground utilities company. Our inspectors play a critical role in maintaining quality, safety, compliance, and accurate reporting across active job sites. The ideal candidate has experience in telecom or utility construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with crews and leadership. Key Responsibilities Perform field quality inspections on underground and aerial telecom construction projects Inspect trenching, directional boring, handholes, cabinets, pedestals, poles, grounding, and restoration work Verify installations meet approved prints, permits, project specifications, and local standards Confirm proper depths, measurements, materials, and workmanship Capture clear and accurate photo documentation throughout all phases of construction Ensure VQI photo compliance, including proper Step ID usage and visible project details Identify non-conforming work and communicate corrections when necessary Document deficiencies, corrective actions, and re-inspections Review bore logs, depth checks, and closeout documentation Communicate professionally with crews, supervisors, contractors, and project teams Stop work when critical safety or quality concerns are identified Documentation & Reporting Requirements Accurate and timely documentation is a major part of this role.
