Purpose of Position:

This position will be responsible for monitoring and documenting Del Monte s Quality and Food and Safety Programs. In this role, will also be responsible for the implementation of, and adhere to, all Quality, Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.

Accountabilities:

Perform inbound inspections. Perform re-inspections in the warehouse. Perform quality checks on assigned orders. Monitor warehouse and vessel discharge temperatures and ethylene levels. Conduct quality control inspections on a regular basis and as required by the operations. Supervise quality control inspections at the facility. Special Projects as assigned.

Minimum Skills Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. At least 1 to 2 years prior experience in a related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
