Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Assurance department, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Shift:
3rd shift 9:45pm-6am Mon-Fri What's the Job? Perform functional quality tests on materials accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines. Record and report inspection results, failure analysis, material discrepancies, and defect data using SAP and related databases. Conduct detailed visual inspections to assess product quality, making timely decisions on disposition. Coordinate with production line technicians and supervisors when nonconformances are identified or specifications are exceeded. Analyze data, create reports, and develop presentation materials for metrics reporting and trend analysis. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality assurance environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of quality concepts, ISO 9000 standards, and inspection practices. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and use handheld gages effectively. What's in it for me?
