Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Incoming Inspector to ensure all incoming materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting raw materials, components, and packaging, verifying documentation, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues before materials enter production.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and sample all incoming materials, including raw materials, components, and packaging artwork. Verify documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming shipments. Conduct FT-IR testing and ensure materials meet specifications. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of sampled materials. Maintain accurate records of inspections and report deviations. Assist with sending samples for testing and track results. Maintain the raw material sample log for traceability. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming materials. Adhere to GMP and safety regulations while handling materials. Assist in audits and compliance checks related to incoming materials. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Previous experience in food manufacturing quality assurance preferred. Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and efficiency. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
