QA Inspector (Compounder) | $18h | 2nd Shift GL Staffing Services, Inc. - 3.3 West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $18 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Teamwork High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility QA/QC Quality audits Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support quality, compliance, and production activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, performing quality checks, supporting compounding and production processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring products meet internal and regulatory quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities Perform start-up, in-process, and final product inspections. Support compounding activities, including batch preparation, material verification, and process monitoring. Collect product samples for testing and quality verification. Maintain accurate quality control documentation and batch records. Support manufacturing and compounding operations to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify, report, and help resolve production or compounding issues. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Review and audit GMP documentation related to manufacturing, compounding, laboratory, and facility operations. Participate in internal audits and compliance assessments. Assist with root cause analysis for non-conformance issues. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Train employees on quality procedures, GMP practices, SOPs, and compounding procedures when applicable. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compounding in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Additional Skills Strong ability to multitask between quality and production support functions. Ability to follow formulas, batch instructions, and compounding procedures.
