Job Description

Responsibilities :
Diagnose repairs needed to complete vehicles and perform those repairs. Work from written job instructions, point-to-point wire lists, and wiring schematics. Install mechanical components into specialty vehicles and in some cases make electrical connections as necessary. Use PPE (personal protection equipment) properly to prevent unexpected incidents. Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects. Preparing and coordinating vehicles for shipment. Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by strictly adhering to established standards and procedures. Contribute to the accomplishment of the organization's quality goals and mission by fulfilling any related tasks as required.
Requirements:
2-5 years of vehicle assembly experience. Basic mechanical skills, familiar with tools, blueprints, and work instructions. Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role. Good eye-hand coordination to construct small parts and pieces into a final product. The ability to use various hand tools and power tools to produce a final product. Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time. Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a qualified Assembly Technician. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training in assembly operations.
