The Quality Team Gatekeeper is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of quality management systems and verifying that products and processes comply with internal, industry, and regulatory standards. This role is vital in maintaining product integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and protecting the company's reputation by preventing non-compliant products from reaching the market. How you create impact Duties and Responsibilities Conduct audits: Execute regular internal audits of production processes, systems, and final products to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations Identify, document, and report any deviations, defects, or failures to meet quality standards, including an analysis of the root cause of each issue Review and analyze data: Gather and examine quality control data to detect patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management Stay informed on evolving industry standards, regulations, and quality control methods to ensure the company maintains full compliance What we would like you to bring Knowledge and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of related experience Interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimension and Tolerance Familiarity with
