Job Description

  • Only qualified Quality Control candidates located near the Covington, Georgia area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
  • Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience
  • One to two years of related Quality Control experience
  • Experience working in warehouse or distribution environments
  • Experience reviewing documentation and performing inspections Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook Excel Teams and Word
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
  • Ability to perform visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Ability to review and audit documentation accurately
  • Ability to utilize pallet jack equipment
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret procedures specifications and regulationsSoft Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Regular standing throughout shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to work in warehouse environments with temperature and humidity fluctuationsResponsibilities
  • Verify products meet specifications and procedures prior to inspection and kitting
  • Review and audit incoming and kitting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform visual dimensional and functional product inspections
  • Ensure all kit components are present and accounted for before processing
  • Maintain communication with operations teams regarding product quality and inspection status
  • Identify and report non conforming products prior to release
  • Report deviations from procedures or specifications to Quality Management or Supervisor
  • Ensure equipment is calibrated operational and ready for use
  • Maintain controlled documentation and records
  • Follow safety quality and operational procedures at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
