Job Description
Monday-Thursday:
6am - 4:30pm
Friday:
6am-2:30pm Position overview: The Quality Assurance Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. The QA Rep will be responsible for inspecting procedures and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe work environment with a "safety first" mindset
Follow all safety processes and procedures
Oversee procedures to inspect and report quality issues
Monitor all operations that affect quality
Collaborate with other departments to ensure first-pass quality
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have at least 1 year of QA experience, preferably in manufacturing
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred Supervisory requirements:
None Competencies:
Ability to prioritize work tasks and multi-task
Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and outside elements
Ability to stand/walk/crouch/bend frequently throughout entire shift
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have an eye for detail and ability to identify workmanship mistakes
Must be able to form advantageous work relationships with plant management
