Job Description

Position:
Quality Auditor for Adient This position has the responsibilities for: To provide inspections on every part for defects. Completion of all departmental paperwork. Verifying Part VS Label. Understanding of common defects. (Splay, Short shots, Flash, and Color.) Perform sorting and rework activity of product as required. Understanding common color codes. (RBQ-Black, DDV-Navy, D4P-Deep Purple, and DQK-Deep Khaki.) Making sure QR code matches the color and part number. Making sure there are two labels per tote with matching serial numbers. Final Inspection of finished product. Verifying components are placed on correctly and not missing. Verifying each box/tote has the correct quantity. Communicating with customers via Microsoft Reporting back to Corporate with information as needed Needed Competencies include: Understanding of Quality Policy and how it affects their job. Basic understanding of Microsoft Ability to evaluate color. Attention to detail. Communication skills.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
