As a Quality Control (QC) Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our quality management system. In this position, you will help ensure that our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements while supporting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent working knowledge of and compliance with cGMPs, QSR, CMDCAS, ISO, MDD, and MDR regulations and standards Review and maintain quality documentation, including records, labels, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Manuals, and related procedures Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness activities Conduct vendor assessments and monitor supplier quality performance Support sterilization processes and sterility assurance programs Perform quality monitoring and inspections, and product evaluations to ensure compliance with established standards and overall product quality Assist with complaint handling and regulatory assessments Support the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Assist in the development and implementation of company policies that support operational effectiveness and compliance Review and approve finished products for distribution in accordance with established procedures; serve as the designated approver for finished goods release in the absence of Quality Assurance personnel Promote awareness of customer requirements and quality objectives throughout the organization Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within a regulated manufacturing environment Familiarity with c
GMP, QSR, ISO
standards, MDD, MDR, and related quality regulations Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation practices Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams and quality initiatives Experience in a related field preferred Bilingual English-Spanish preferred This position works on-site daily in Marietta, GA. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
