26 Our client, an established manufacturing organization known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, is seeking a Quality Assurance (IPQA) Technician to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment where quality and compliance are critical to success.
Location:
Franklin County, GA Schedule:
2nd shift (4pm - 2:30am; M-TH)
Pay:
$21-$26/hr + $1 differential
Terms:
Contract-to-hire Responsibilities Perform in-process quality inspections and AQL sampling to ensure products meet established quality standards. Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Conduct line clearances, equipment verification checks, and scale calibration confirmations. Verify product specifications, components, lot numbers, expiration dates, labeling, and coding throughout production. Monitor manufacturing areas for cleanliness and adherence to cGMP and quality requirements. Identify, document, and escalate quality deviations, non-conformances, and production issues while supporting investigations. Support QA hold processes, product retain sample management, and quality documentation activities. Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and maintain regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records while following all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional Quality projects as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and quality systems strongly preferred. Experience with batch record review, in-process inspections, line clearances, or AQL sampling a plus. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
