Quality Control Associate Qualitas Packaging (DPI) — Thomasville, GA Full-Time | $14.00-$16.00/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses About the Role Qualitas Packaging (DPI) is a growing plastics manufacturer producing lightweight bottles and fitments for the crop protection, speciality, food and beverage industry. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to help ensure our products meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow — the right person will learn every part of our manufacturing and quality control process and can advance into a QC Lead position as we expand. No prior QC experience is required; we will train the right individual. What You'll Do Visually inspect bottles and fitments throughout the production process Check incoming raw materials against quality standards Perform basic measurements and tests on finished products Document inspection results and flag any issues to the team Help keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Support production as needed during start-up Other administrative tasks as required What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and a steady, reliable work ethic Willingness to learn — we'll teach you everything you need to know Able to stand and work on your feet during shifts (work is light-duty; products are very lightweight) Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — you'll help communicate across our team Reliable transportation required Valid Social Security card and authorization to work in the U.S. Why Work With Us Steady, indoor, climate-controlled work Paid training and a clear path to advancement Performance bonuses A supportive team environment Qualitas Packaging is an equal opportunity employer.
