Job Description

The Inspection Attendant is responsible for making sure all garments are correctly moving through the process and are in good condition and an acceptable quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure hangers are properly connected to conveyor line and correct if not connected properly Prevent hangers from getting jammed; if jam occurs, correct the issue Regulate system speed to garment changes accordingly Audit garments along the process for any items in poor condition or needing repair; remove them from the line and flag accordingly Escalate ongoing and/or mechanical issues to supervisor Utilize the Spindle operating system Other production duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift Must be able to work scheduled shift Tuesday-Friday (5am-3:30pm) •end times may vary• Must be able to reach above head repeatedly Must have high attention to detail Must be capable of working at an efficient pace to meet production expectations Willingness to be reliable to your team Eagerness to put forth your best effort each day
