Job Description

Company Overview Progress Industries is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through personalized services. Since 1979, we have provided residential, supported employment, and day habilitation programs across multiple counties, fostering independence and community integration for those we serve. Job Summary Progress Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Service Monitoring Specialist to support our Residential Services team. This position is responsible for reviewing service documentation, monitoring compliance with agency requirements, identifying documentation concerns, generating reports, and following up on corrective actions. The Service Monitoring Specialist works closely with Residential Managers and Assistant Coordinators to help ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and meets agency and funding source expectations. Duties Review service documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Monitor attendance records and identify missing documentation or NOD concerns. Conduct documentation reviews related to Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Review service documentation for accuracy, content, and alignment with service requirements. Generate reports and communicate findings to management. Follow up on required corrections and monitor completion. Assist with service reviews, observations, and documentation monitoring activities. Identify documentation concerns and report findings to management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimal Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. Three years of related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Valid Iowa driver's license and insurable driving record.
