6/01/2026 SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting in documentation review and product release for Cambridge Technologies Manufacturing Departments in support of maintaining USDA compliance as well as all internal Quality Standards.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reports to: Quality Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review manufacturing documentation and supporting information. Assists in determining final disposition (approval/rejection) for products. Assists in providing
USDA/CVB
with required final product data and disposition. Assist during internal or external inspections. Assist in creating improved or new forms necessary for documenting quality or manufacturing activities. Conducts accurate data entry in support of data collection/review of material/product information as well as internal performance metrics. Ability to handle confidential manufacturing and quality documents. Participates in the identification and implementation of all continuous process improvement activities. Complies with internal safety requirements; and promotes safety in all work areas. Acts and complies within the guidelines established by company policies and delegated authorities. Communicates and works well within a team. Ability to communicate effectively, read, and interpret documents. Ability to calculate figures and amounts as directed. Ability to apply common sense, problem solve, plan, prioritize and organize. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
2+ years' quality experience in a manufacturing setting Proficient in standard office software

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting to 40 pounds. Requires regular in-person attendance at the worksite and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Good visual acuity. Office noise level is moderate.
