- driven coffee and kitchen operation based in Boise, Idaho.
Our company combines large-batch coffee roasting with a from-scratch culinary program, producing fresh pastries, and desserts; as well as mass producing prepared foods to distribute amongst all of our cafe locations, wholesale contracts, and catering services. Our kitchen operates as both a production facility and a learning environment where systems, efficiency, and craftmanship come together as both a bakery and a culinary focused kitchen. - job opportunity for an individual with a passion for food, a love for learning, and is striving to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced production kitchen and from-scratch bakery environment.
Our kitchen is an excellent environment to learn and develop basic knife skills and overall kitchen knowledge. Although we pride ourselves in maintaining a positive, encouraging work environment; this is not a passive learning role. Employees will be fully integrated into daily kitchen operations and expected to work alongside our team in producing high-volume, consistent, quality-driven products for our cafe locations and catering programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Learning and executing standardized recipes at a large scale.
- Working within a structured, fast-paced production schedule.
- Mass producing a variety of burritos, sandwiches, quiches, sauces, and salads by hand.
- Mass producing a variety of quality artisan-crafted bakery items from scratch.
- Assisting in daily production of baked goods, and desserts, as well as the aforementioned prepared foods.
- Supporting dough production, baking, portioning, and packaging.
- Organizing, separating, packaging, and clearly labelling large production kitchen orders.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workstations.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

What We're Looking For:
- Current culinary or baking & pastry student. Or recent graduate seeking to learn and grow their skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback quickly and consistently.
- Confident working in a fast paced, and sometimes, physically demanding environment.
- Interest in baking, pastry, and production kitchen operations.
