Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Quality Management Administrative Coordinator, where your expertise will drive excellence in compliance, safety, and quality standards across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. Your proactive approach will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, safeguarding patient privacy and promoting optimal healthcare outcomes. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management programs aligned with industry regulations and best practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness, including CPT coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding systems. Assist with facilitating staff trainings throughout the year. Monitor incident reports and patient safety events to identify trends and implement corrective actions promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop policies that enhance quality assurance processes and regulatory adherence. Prepare detailed reports for leadership on compliance status, audit findings, and areas for improvement. Requirements Licensure as an LPN/RN in Illinois. Experience in healthcare quality management or compliance roles within a clinical setting. Familiarity with HRSA regulations applicable to healthcare products or services. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and implement effective solutions. Pay:
