LOCATION
Aurora, IL TITLE:
Quality Control Technician SHIFT:
Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM with overtime as required
PAY:
$ 21.00/hr Responsibilities for Quality Control Technician jobs include but are not limited to:
  • Perform verification activities across all the production stages such as weighing, dumping, blending and packaging to detect defects, irregularities, and non-conformities.
  • Perform verification and direct observation of food safety cheeks such as screens, magnets and x-ray's to ensure the products are free of foreign materials.
  • Perform sensory evaluations on in-process and finished product to determine out of specification batches.
  • Complete finish product final inspection and release to distribution.
  • Perform cleaning verifications using ATP swabs and visual inspections to approve manufacturing rooms prior to production.
  • Records verification to ensure all production and quality documents are accurately completed in real-time during manufacturing process. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Quality Control Technician jobs:
  • 3 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical quality control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures, regulations, and industry standards (e.g.,FDA, USDA, OSHA).
  • Basic math and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software (e.g., QMS, LIMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Lift 25 lbs. from 6 inches to waist level x 5 reps. What's in this for you?

Pay Details:
