Full-Time Position Summary Geneva Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy and quality standards throughout our facility. The ICQA Associate is responsible for conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and quality inspections while helping identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical verification. Conduct quality inspections on products and inventory locations. Verify the accuracy of receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping transactions. Monitor inventory movements and report variances to management. Maintain accurate documentation of inventory adjustments and findings. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory tracking tools. Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to improve inventory accuracy and process efficiency. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist with physical inventories and special inventory projects as assigned. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be Bi-lingual Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Preferred Experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, or quality assurance processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Forklift certification or equipment operation experience.
