2nd shift: $19/hr | 3rd shift: $20.50/hr
Hours:
2nd shift: 3:45pm
  • 12:15am, 3rd shift: 11:45pm
  • 8:15am

Resume & Interview Join a growing, employee-owned plastic injection molding manufacturer where your contributions make a difference! We are seeking an In-Process Inspector to support our Quality Department by ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform start-up, in-process, and final inspections using engineering drawings and specifications Use measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and quality requirements Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and statistical control charts Conduct capability studies and assist with corrective actions Identify, isolate, and quarantine non-conforming materials Verify lot numbers and product labeling accuracy Participate in shift change meetings regarding quality and production issues Assist in training operators on inspection methods and visual quality standards Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills (Excel knowledge preferred) Knowledge of quality assurance principles Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

$19.00
