Job Description:

Quality Assurance Electronics Inspector Electronic Quality Inspector employed by Circom Inc. are required to perform the following functions:

• Inspect electronic manufacturing products at various stages of the production process to check for defects. This includes first article inspection, board level inspection, and final inspection of a product.
• Inspect printed circuit boards, assembled units, cables, wire harnesses, and other related components and products for defects.
• Use

IPC-A-610

knowledge and experience to inspect printed circuit boards for various solder related defects.

• Read and understand customer prints and documents.
• Read and understand bill of materials and work order instructions.
• Follow the production shipping schedule to prepare shipments.
• Perform internal audits with the assistance of the production manager to enhance quality and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and findings, while keeping an organized work station to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
• Communicate and document findings to relevant personnel including production and engineering with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees. Occasionally the Quality Inspector may also be called upon to do the following task:
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
