Compensation:
$20.00 - $35.00/hr Position Overview Sorting Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Quality Consultant to represent our company at the Rivian Assembly Plant. This position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between Sorting Solutions, Rivian, and our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to operate independently during night/day shift hours while maintaining strong professional relationships and handling quality-related concerns with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between Sorting Solutions, Rivian personnel, and client representatives regarding all official or unofficial quality concerns. Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties to ensure timely updates and accurate information flow. Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with the incoming quality (IQ) team and Ford associates. Identify, document, and relay quality issues and resolutions to clients in a clear and organized manner. Manage client issues, sorting activities, and quality calls with minimal assistance: demonstrating accountability and reliability. Perform and lead on-site quality sorts when required. Prepare emails, reports, and documentation to support client communication and internal tracking. Qualifications Prior experience in the quality or automotive manufacturing industry. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. (Training provided) Reliable and consistent attendance—particularly during night shifts. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
