This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing results. Conduct product testing, including analyses required for complaint investigations and product disposition. Report deviations and ensure all issues are addressed and resolved prior to issuing approvals. Write and review SOPs to support operational and compliance requirements. Participate in internal audit programs to ensure readiness and adherence to quality standards. Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and anticipating needs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with all safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in QA or QC within a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective cross‑department communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with QA/QC systems. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
