Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM-1:00 PM Temporary-to-hire opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a reliable Operator/Inspector to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role primarily involves visual inspection, making pass/fail determinations, and maintaining quality expectations throughout the production process. No prior experience reading measuring equipment is required.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of finished products according to customer specifications Approve or reject products based on established quality standards Document inspection results and communicate quality concerns as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Must be able to understand and communicate in English Manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus but not required
