Quality Control Job Description:

Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using standard inspection tools and measuring equipment Verify conformance to drawings, specifications, control plans, and quality standards Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify nonconforming materials and initiate corrective actions following established procedures Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues Follow all ITW safety, quality, and compliance policies Assist with audits, calibration checks, and other quality-related activities as needed

Quality Control Job Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred 1-3 years of recent experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions Proficiency with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality systems software) Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as required PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
