- Full-time Join a Modern Mold Manufacturing Team Industrial Molds, a division of Pyramid Molding Group, is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our highly skilled team in a fully automated, state-of-the-art mold manufacturing facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who enjoys working with precision tooling, advanced inspection technology, and complex mold components. If you have experience with Hexagon PC-DMIS , blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement equipment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using Hexagon PC-DMIS Develop and optimize inspection programs from CAD models, blueprints, and engineering drawings Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision mold components Verify dimensions, tolerances, and geometric requirements using: Micrometers, Calipers, Height gauges, Thread gauges and other precision measuring instruments. Analyze inspection results and communicate findings to engineering, machining, and quality teams Troubleshoot dimensional issues and recommend corrective actions Maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and quality documentation Continuously improve CMM programs for efficiency, repeatability, and accuracy Support ISO quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Assist with manual inspections and quality assurance activities as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of CMM programming experience Strong proficiency with Hexagon PC-DMIS Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints GD&T Technical drawings CAD models Experience using precision inspection equipment Strong understanding of machining tolerances and inspection techniques Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in mold building, toolmaking, precision machining, or manufacturing Knowledge of
ISO 9001
