Job Description
Join Foreman Tool and Mold as our go-to expert in dimensional verification Your impact Deliver complete dimensional layouts for PPAP submission. Program/operate Zeiss CMM systems; Zeiss Calypso Software experience is a plus. Run optical inspections with OGP Smart Scope and Microvu. Use all measuring tools with confidence—covering both precision hand metrology and advanced gauges. Maintain the condition of CMM and all instrumentation; manage certification and calibration records. Leverage SPC and 5 Why to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Communicate clearly with quality, tooling, and molding teams. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years of experience in layout, inspection, or metrology. Depth in GD&T and strong Quality Inspection Experience. Working knowledge of Statistical process control (SPC) and the 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method).
