Shift:
Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2am Starting pay: $16.00 per hour (step program opportunities available) New hire bonus: $250 every quarter, up to 1 year, totaling $1,000! Get paid every Friday!!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all applicable sop's (standard operating procedures). Perform statistical analysis on in-process product to determine quality level and/or conformance with established specifications. Assure that quality procedures and standard operating procedures are being followed. Issue action reports to document, request action or stop jobs to ensure the proper corrective action is initiated to assure consistent quality. Perform quality audits as requested. Offer suggestions for continuous improvement to reduce scrap, improve process efficiencies and enhance company profitability. Perform technical/laboratory tests to insure materials; in-process product and finished product meet all specifications and industry/customer requirements. Be able to enter data into computer. Excellent math, reading and record keeping skills. Ability to comprehend and follow rules, regulations and procedures. Ability to interact well with others. Willingness and capability to enforce company policies and procedures. Basic computer skills- data entry.
