Quality Inspector

Shift = Afternoons (2p 10p) [Monday through Friday with weekends as needed]

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting materials throughout all stages of production, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting quality assurance activities. I.

Core Activities:

Inspect materials : Inspect materials at all stages of manufacturing (receiving, processing, packaging, first/last piece, shipping, etc.) to ensure they meet specifications Contain suspect material: Place material on hold that does not meet requirements Maintain documentation / records: Ensure inspection reports / documentation is maintained properly Perform audits: Perform preservation and Layered process audits as assigned Other duties : Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the

Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Experience in a quality control / assurance related role preferred ASQ certification highly desired / preferred
