Day and Night shifts available Job Summary The Quality Technician III, reporting to the Quality Supervisor, is responsible for performing product inspections, quality audits, and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role supports quality control processes across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods within a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform product inspections, audits, and first article inspections (FAI) Conduct out-of-box audits (OBA) and inspect flat blank layouts Sample and test incoming raw materials and components Execute dosimetry measurements and daily dose lab activities (release, pairing, tray delivery, reporting, cleaning) Perform microbiological testing (bioburden, endotoxin, media assessments) Conduct environmental monitoring using viable air samplers and related equipment Support corrective action investigations as needed Identify, escalate, and investigate alert and out-of-specification (OOS) results Address environmental excursions in controlled environments Maintain accurate and compliant laboratory documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Update quality documentation, including quality alerts Ensure materials and products meet internal and regulatory quality standards Work cross-functionally to resolve quality issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred Minimum of 4 years of related experience (e.g., microbiology or laboratory environment) Working knowledge of
GLP, GMP, USP, ISO
, and other regulatory standards preferred Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to read and interpret moderately complex procedures and work instructions Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, unit conversions) Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LIMS is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
