This role will support inspection processes, CMM programming, and quality system initiatives while working closely with production to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
Program and edit CMMs using PC-DMIS based on model-based definitions and engineering drawings Develop and maintain work instructions for CMM setup and inspection processes Ensure proper measurement techniques are used in alignment with GR&R results and customer requirements Support First Article Inspection (FAI) process including documentation and part tracking Partner with production to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment Strong experience programming CMMs using PC-DMIS Ability to read and interpret blueprints with solid understanding of GD&T
